MOU between the Regulator and the Government of Yukon

On March 21, 2018, the Office of the Regulator of Oil and Gas Operations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Oil and Gas Resources Branch, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, Government of Yukon.  The MOU establishes a mechanism for collaboration, cooperation, information sharing and dialogue between the parties, with a focus on efficient and effective regulation of transboundary activities.
