On November 17, 2015, the Chief Conservation Officer issued, jointly with the National Energy Board, a Procedural Notice to Imperial Oil Resources Ventures Limited with respect to its application for an extension to the “sunset clause” applicable to the approvals for the Mackenzie Gathering System.
