On June 2, 2020, the Regulator issued revised Document Submission Guidelines (Guidelines) under section 18 of the Oil and Gas Operations Act (OGOA).  The Guidelines are effective June 8, 2020 and reflect a move to electronic submission of documents to the Regulator. This change is intended to improve the efficiency of the regulatory process and reduce its impact on the environment.
