Operators must report all incidents and near-misses to the Regulator as soon as the circumstances permit by calling 1-867-445-8551.

Incidents include spills.  Some spills may also require reporting to the NT-NU Spill Line at 1-867-920-8130 (phone) or 1-867-873-6924 (fax).

Some incidents may also require reporting to the Workers’ Safety and Compensation Commission (WSCC) at 1-800-661-0792.
