The Office of the Regulator of Oil and Gas Operations has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Petroleum Resources Division, Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment, Government of the Northwest Territories.  The MOU formally sets out how information will continue to be shared between the two parties, in accordance with the Regulator’s obligations under the Petroleum Resources Act.
