The GNWT Regulator of oil and gas operations, Minister David Ramsay, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Energy Board. The MOU establishes a mechanism for collaboration and cooperation in order to maintain consistent regulation, requirements, and guidance to the extent possible.
