On November 13, 2020, the Office of the Regulator of Oil and Gas Operations (OROGO) released draft Proof of Financial Responsibility Guidelines and Interpretation Notes (Guidelines) for public engagement and consultation. The following documents are available in support of the process:
The engagement period closes on January 15, 2021. The feedback received will be summarized and made public in the first quarter of 2021, along with OROGO’s responses.
