On August 26, 2020, the Office of the Regulator of Oil and Gas Operations (OROGO) released draft Applications for Well Suspension or Abandonment Guidelines and Interpretation Notes (Guidelines) for public engagement and consultation. The engagement period closes on October 30, 2020. The feedback received will be summarized and made public by February 2021, along with OROGO’s responses.
