The Office of the Regulator of Oil and Gas Operations (OROGO) has received and responded to Imperial Oil Resources Limited (Imperial) application regarding the Planning Clause in the Operations Authorization for the Mackenzie Gathering System component of the Mackenzie Gas Project.

The Chief Conservation Officer declined to vary the annual reporting requirement for future years. However, the Chief Conservation Officer has determined that Imperial’s application included sufficient information to satisfy the reporting requirements of Condition 73 for the current reporting year.

The application and decision are available to the public on OROGO’s public registry.
