Under transitional provisions in the Oil and Gas Operations Act (OGOA), the National Energy Board’s information requirements, guidelines and interpretation notes that were in effect on March 31, 2014 continue to apply to OGOA-regulated activities, until they are replaced or revoked by the Regulator.
